We really appreciated her kindness and professionalism. A big thank you as well to all the other staff, including the cleaners, drivers, and the dining team. The food was delicious, and the in-room service was quick and friendly. Everyone made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you all for your great hospitality."

"Could not fault the hotel, staff or facilities, its what you would expect from Riu. Dubai Islands is a new developement and with Riu and Centara next door being the only two finished buildings on a large building site, there is nothing else around. Its a taxi ride to anything else,but not an issue as there are plenty outside the hotel"
