"The staff were attentive and very helpful, and having a private pool was definitely a plus. Parking, however, could have been a better experience. Our balcony was shared with three other rooms, which was fine, but I would have preferred it to be more secluded. The property also shares the beach, and unfortunately it felt a bit dirty and messy at times."

"We stayed at this hotel in Jacó and had a wonderful experience. Pablo is amazing—an excellent communicator who truly makes you feel like the place, the city, and even the air around you are yours. He gave us great restaurant recommendations, and every place we tried was excellent. Pablo was genuinely one of the best people we met on our trip. "Everything was perfect from check in until check out. Arrived at the guard gate and Nelson was very professional in checking my credentials in order to get into the property. Christian in the front office was also very professional in checking our passports and reservation confirmation. The grounds were immaculate with lots of foliage to and from the condo.
