"Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maria and Daniel at reception, who made us feel very welcomed. We were offered a free 90 minute spa and enjoyed it. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel costing 20 euros, cheaper than what we were quoted by Uber. We managed to book the hotel shuttle back to the airport, costing 5 euros per person. Would have been better if the shuttle ran for a longer period of time instead of the very restricted time, and if the driver would help with the luggage. "

"Room is cozy and clean. Staff if very cooperative and helpful. Parking is good. Only thing I dislike is the train sound/noise And you have to ask the for the tee and water boiler which is making me uncomfortable. Please if you advertise the stuff please insure it's in the room. I don't have to ask for it every day. "

"The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I booked four nights and when I arrived they had upgraded my room to one with a Lake Como view! I didn’t realize breakfast was included and enjoyed their large elegant Buffett each morning. When I left very early on my last day they had taken it upon themselves to pack a breakfast and provided hot coffee to go."
