Although the double rooms are smaller than we are used to, the 2 key points which make this property are 1) The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. If I wanted a coffee (or anything else for that matter) at any time (even when breakfast was finished) they would get someone to make it happen. They were excellent at local directions and personal needs. If anything didn't work, they fixed it right away. 2) You are in the middle of Sorrento, just walk outside and begin your journey! NOTE: The drivers drop you off and pick you up at the Piazza nearby so you will have to roll your luggage for about 2 short blocks on cobblestones.

Todo fue increíble! Todo el personal es maravilloso 😍 Las habitaciones, completamente limpias, el jardín, divino para desayunar, comer o cenar. Great location. Walkable to all sightseeing. Good breakfast. Enjoyed it so much we added 2 nights to our stay. The driving/parking is challenging in the area. A hotel clerk met us and parked the car for us. They retrieved the car when we needed it to travel outside of Sorrento. Made it much easier for my family. Restaurants and shops all within steps of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, helpful. Our AC didn’t work , when it did didn’t get cold. They turn off the AC while you’re away. You need to ask for it to turn on. A few times we had to call on our phone as the room phone wasn’t working to call reception to help with the AC. Hot nights. The pool is small. It’s the size of 2 jacuzzis, so don’t expect to have a pool day. It’s nice to cool off your feet. The radius to everything is great . We planned on spending majority time away from the hotel. Everyone is nice. Room clean. Facilities Clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. All hours staff was available. It’s time to clean out the shower drains, ours is clogged as our showers became baths above our ankles during a quick shower. Staff : 5/5 Facilities: 3/5 Cleanliness: 4/5

We loved our stay at Hotel Astoria Sorrento! Amazing location if you want to stay in the heart of things and don't want to pay the seaside prices. Room was super clean and the saff was very kind and attentive. The complementary breakfast was useful for early morning tours. Only downsides were noisy hallways (door had lots of gaps) and the room was smaller than we expected from the photos and description. Overall, we would stay again and maybe upgrade to a larger suite!

The hotel was a little difficult to find for the first time but once we found it what a perfect location for everything in Sorrento. The rooms were a little small but loved to sit in the balcony with an Aperol Spritz and just take in all the character of this amazing hotel. The garden bar was great. All the staff were super helpful. Get a drink at the bar. Breakfast was huge. I would highly recommend staying there!!! Thanks for all the great memories of staying there!

We visited as a family of 3 adults and we stayed in the newer addition to the hotel. It was very new and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and there were lots of outdoor seating options. The pool was small, but very clean and in a nice outdoor space with a nice view. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location and our balcony was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. The only issue was the air conditioning. We could not adjust the temperature up and it was set at 19C which was chilly. A staff member couldn’t change it either. Other than that it was a very nice place.
