"Difficult to give an overall assessment as only stayed there as a stop over. Hotel and staff pleasent."

"Room was fairly clean and serviced (when requested, e.g. top up of teas/coffees/milk/ biscuits). Staff courteous and helpful when asked questions. Breakfast was very basic, but ok. Parking nearby restricted and CV could be difficult."

"Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!"

"***1st Class Stay!!*** We stayed in a beautiful room with a sea view which was nothing but perfection. Clean, light, airy and the view onto the old pier is stunning. The staff at the hotel are engaging and professional and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is exactly how you want it. The cocktails in the hotel bar are delicious and they were happy for us to go off menu and make us our favourite drinks. The bar its self is cosy and has a relaxing atmosphere."

"Wide choice of fresh food with all amenities easy to use or staff onhand to assist, and therefore, we looked forward to our breakfast every morning. Set up for the day. Staff even taking us to our room after arriving a little earlier than expected with our cases. All was clean, spacious and comfortable in the room. Lovely shower. Plenty of clean towels. Storage enough for the two of us. Staff always happily noted our return and departure. Very helpful about the area. Reliable and friendly. "

"Absolutely perfect stay. Greeted with warmth and kindness from the owners and also departed with the same warmth and kindness. During my stay nothing was too much trouble if I needed it. Idyllic location near to Worthing centre and also Cissbury Ring landmark. Great transport links. I was greeted with homemade lemon shortbread with all the listed ingredients which was a lovely touch and absolutely delicious. Karibu is immaculately cleaned. Extremely comfortable. "The location was fantastic but the check-in process was complicated. The instructions to enter the property were incomplete. You had to hold your hand over the handle for the numbers to appear before you could put a code in."
