"The customer service was lacking for a hotel. The rooms felt very un clean and house keeping was slow, no attention to detail and an overall general feeling of not caring. No plug in the bathroom, coffee not replenished etc. The beds and the pillows however were very comfy. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again."

However, a few of the front desk workers were pleasant. Warning, the standard room is VERY small. Definitely uncomfortable with two suitcases accompanying us."
