"It is a 3 star hotel. Furniture throughout was thift store quality. 30 years ago probably a great hotel. Run down Restaurant lol. 20 tables. Half had dirty plates glasses. No bus boy. 1 waiter. Food overpriced for Bulgaria average food. Great location!"
