"Restaurant staff was very attentive. Rooms are very comfortable."

"My stay at Sahid Bandara Soekarno Hatta was excellent. The team were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was tidy and comfortable, perfect for a restful night before my flight. I especially appreciated the efficient airport shuttle and the overall convenience. A great option for anyone needing a hassle‑free stay near Soekarno‑Hatta Airport."

"スタッフが親切で丁寧"

"I like the staff here. They are very friendly and helpful, though some of them cannot speak English well. The hotel itself is quite modern and clean. The bathroom is clean. The bedroom is OK, but there is little dust on the bed. Facility is good. Food is so-so, I recommend the hotel put the name of food in English so that customers can know what it is, as some customers cannot eat beef. Around the hotel has a lot of stores, a food court nearby, and many convenient stores too."

"Really clean , nice breakfast"

"Bra hjälp med transit till flygplatsen!"

"Lo usamos para un stopover pero no es cómodo"

"Room not as pictured. Need upgarde"

"Great spot for transitting CGK and there is a fantastic fried chicken stall opposite the hotel road. Downstairs is a convenience store as well"

"The hotel was much further from the airport than it appeared on the map and the surrounding area does not look or feel safe. Considering that the property is categorized as a transit hotel, I was surprised that the staff only spoke Indonesian. The room was small, but despite that the air conditioning had been installed where it could not reach the bed making for a sticky night's sleep. The breakfast offering was minimal and not worth the amount paid."
