"Outside of the hotel doesn’t look that promising but inside it was immaculately clean & I loved my room on the eleventh floor with panoramic view of the city (prettier at night!). Kettle, fridge, iron & toiletries provided. Gym was small but more than adequate. Pool was lovely although sadly the sun didn’t shine. Mall next door was an added bonus. Food outlets, a supermarket and a pharmacy. Approx 25 mins from airport depending on traffic & IDR 140,000 with tolls etc. Perfect for a...

"Would give a 0/10 if i could. the room was dirty with stained sheets, mold and someone elses towel and toothbrush were still there. People were smoking in the „lobby“ and rooms and it smelled everywhere. People at the reception didnt speak any english so communication was limited. "

"Complicated check in system, property is dirty, stinks and air conditioning not working properly "

"Breakfast is worst I’ve ever had but the facility is beautiful "
