"The hotel was in a great location. The staff were very friendly & helpful."

"Totally awesome"

"Every staff member with whom I had contact was friendly and obviously committed to customer service!!!!"

"loved the location. grout in the floor tile needs cleaned. other than that, great spot and service."

"Front desk staff were horrendous. Clerk put us in a different room than booked bc none were available, he also told me “when you book through 3rd party, you get whatever is available, not what you selected” and told me it listed that on the booking. I asked for it in print, he then left me on hold. Once back down stairs to address the issue, he would never look me in the eye nor allow me to see his name badge. He handed me another set of room keys. After 20-30 minutes in our new room, a lady...

"We didn’t get charged for a $62 breakfast that we did not have but the hotel fixed it on our bill"

"Staff very friendly. Quiet room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Had a great view. Close walk to Broadway and other attractions."

"Great location, walk to everything! Clean, nicely decorated, awesome hot tub and pool!"

"Very pro"

"Loved staying at this hotel! It was close but not too close to Broadway. Loved that it was walking distance to Broadway and The Gulch! Would stay here every-time!"

"Amazing hotel and staff!"

"The only thing we didn't like was only Valet parking which was very high, $48 a day. We had no idea about this before checking in. Also, the day we checked out, Valet couldn't find our car keys and said our car wasn't in the system 😩 Finally after looking for 30 mins, the Valet found our car keys! So frustrating!! That's my only complaint about this place!"

"Location was great. Easy walk to Broadway but still close to amenities. Easy for Uber/Taxi pickups. Highly recommend"

"This was our first day here at their Nashville location and it was absolutely excellent! It was situated in a very convenient spot in Nashville. The service and staff were amazing. The restaurant was excellent! Loved the rooftop! Overall five stars! Beautiful beautiful property!"

"Great stay but the noise insulation was really bad. I could hear everything - the streets, the neighbors, people in the hallway, lots of door slams."

"Everything was perfect. Check in was easy. The staff member at the desk was awesome and so friendly. Actually all of the staff were very welcoming. The room was perfect and walking distance to Broadway and Bridgestone Arena. I will definitely stay again"
