"The infinity pool is wonderful. Beautifully designed with the area made to look like you're wading on the edge of the beach, plus the view to the ocean is lovely. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are very nice. My only complaint is that housekeeping is TERRIBLE. We had our room cleaned ONCE in six days, after requesting service and being out of the room for six hours at a time each day. Also had to ask for more toilet paper, kleenex, and towels, which is really substandard for a hotel of otherwise high quality."

"Hotel is beautiful, food is fresh but always cold. The hotel need to ensure the food are hot or at least warm enough for consumption. Hotel staffs are not warm nor pleasant... forget trying to give cash tips because they don't appreciate it nor thank you for it. Well not only the hotel staffs, the whole city doesnt not have 'Thank you' in their vocabulary. Best food in the Hotel is MR JOHNs burger at the Oasis pool side. Overall it was nice but i expected better based on the price point paid. Also, when booking from expedia, you dont get what you paid for and displayed pictures are false advertisement. I paid for pool view and i will insert what view they gave me... never pay extra cos you never get what you paid for. 2 times i have been so angry but lessons learned. "

"Lovely view. Friendly and helpful sstaff. Nice clean room. Continental breakfast delivered to the door with hot fresh croissants and coffee (believe me-I’ve had lots worse in Paris!). Downside- we had to climb up 4 flights of stairs to get to the elevator that took us 4 more levels to our room. They did get our luggage up by car by a back way. And if they were available they might have been able to take up up and down by car all the time. We aren’t young but were reasonably fit and able to do make the trips on foot but nowhere was there an indication that this was the case. It would have been a really big problem for a lot of people. Another good sized hill and more stairs to get down to the beach at the Marriott where we paid $150/day to use the pool, restaurant and beach chairs/umbrellas. You could walk on beach and sit on your own towels for free, if you wanted to. Recommend this property with caveats; and they should have indicated clearly the access issues before we booked. "

"Our apartment overlooked the pool and golf course and Mullet Bay beach in the distance. The condos were well situated with lots to do in Maho and Cupecoy. We would recommend 14 Mullet Bay to anyone travelling to Sint Maarten!"
