"We stayed at Divi Little Bay for a week as a family of 7, and overall we had a wonderful vacation.
Our check-in experience could have been better. About a month before arriving, I had emailed the hotel and also spoken with the manager, Colin, requesting that at least one of our two rooms be available early, as we were travelling with two children and their grandmother. We arrived around 10am after a very early flight, but at check-in we were initially told we would have to wait until 4pm.
Thankfully, the young lady at the concierge desk was extremely helpful. She spoke with the manager, helped arrange for our two rooms to be closer together, and managed to get one room available for us earlier. Her service was excellent, and because of how helpful she was, I made sure to book our island activities through her.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was EXCELLENT, the property was beautiful, and the food was good. My main suggestion would be the breakfast. For guests staying 7–8 days, there needs to be more variety, as eating basically the same breakfast every morning gets repetitive.
Despite the rocky start, we had a fantastic family vacation and really enjoyed Divi Little Bay!"
