"What a lovely hotel! We stayed with our two children in a studio and the room was perfect. Plenty of room and great facilities. The little kitchen was an absolute bonus and plenty of room to cook if you wanted to. Walkable to the centre and the dock area was an interesting walk too. Great pizza in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious too. Parking was also easy and able to charge our car, even if it was expensive, it was convenient. "Hôtel ultra propre, moderne, joli et pratique. Parfaitement situé (en plein centre ville + quartier sûr et avec nombreuses options shopping + restauration). Chambre confortable avec équipements très fonctionnels et produits d'accueil de qualité. Petit-déjeuner buffet très frais. Fontaines à eau/thé etc. dans le hall, ajoutant à la convivialité du lieu. Décoration dans tout l'hôtel à la fois neutre et fun. Equipe agréable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix !"

"The room was the perfect size for a one night stay in Brussels. Loved the arcade room for the kids and the rooftop area, it served as our dining spot when we brought food back to the hotel. There are charging ports for phones on each bed which was awesome for our family of 6. The area around the hotel did not feel safe at night. My husband saw an empty purse on the street adjacent to the hotel. So travel in a group at night or wait until morning when it feels safer. "

"The hotel itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the room was spacious. The train station is right across the street which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was limited, not really worth the 23€. It was a bit confusing finding the entrance to the hotel. The signs on the outer walls do not match the name of the hotel, and you have to go through this little courtyard area to get to the hotel entrance. Also the area around the hotel is very dirty, but that seems to be normal in European cities. "

"Staff was very helpful and nice. Property is clean. Space was tight for 4 persons but it did the job. Liked the room division although we were four in one room there was privacy nonetheless in the shower and the toilet areas. The mattress and pillows were very confortable and clean, but the top bed of the banker beds had a broken fence which made caused an injury when the person was coming down and it was not easy in general to go up and down so be aware if you're planning to choose that type of bed. Also you could easily get a head hit by the top bed corner if you don't pay extra attention to it. Also expect a relatively long wait time to get the elevator as there is only one serving the building. Price was reasonable and location is at the heart of where you would need to be to visit the city. A downside is the rocky road leading to the place on foot; since the path isn’t paved, it’s better to use a car or public transport to get as close as possible and make it easier with your carry-on."

"This is a beautiful hotel with phenomenal customer service. The hotel is located right on the periphery of the historic center of Ghent on a quiet street with taxi access and several restaurants. Ghent is magnificent, and when we go back, we'll definitely stay at Pillows."
