"During our stay in Bruges, we felt very comfortable at Isabelle's place. She personally welcomed us and gave us tips for our stay. Besides the cozy and unique decor, we especially loved the lounge where we could have breakfast. A refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave were available for everyone to use. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

It's facilities are excellent, the breakfast offerings fresh and numerous and the staff unfailingly courteous, friendly and efficient. There is a small pool - estimated 10m length down in the old wine cellar in the building - also a sauna. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful building absolutely oozing Bruges character. Our room was stunning with exposed beams, canal views, a comfortable king bed, and a huge tub that was perfect after long days exploring. My only feedback is that the pillows could use an upgrade, though it didn’t affect a restful sleep. "The staff was cheerful and very helpful. They booked a taxi for us and even tried to call me when they found my husband’s credit card on the ground outside the hotel! The breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious with all the selections we could have wanted. We had a wonderful stay!"

"The rooms are spotless and very well decorated, nice sheets and plenty of towels and shower gel/shampoo etc. Only 2 coffee pods (also 2 decaf) but these are replaced every day. On arrival the staff were very welcoming and had great information on the local and wider area. They gave us a list of their favourite bars/brasserie/restaurants etc, and a map of the whole town, great service.
