"Easy to locate. Good price and good location. Room basic but clean and well organised. Secure parking so perfect if needed, expensive though. Easy walk to all areas of city. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurants and bars just around the corner. Only watch outs - if you have a room on the main road side of the building it is extremely noisy; no coffee making facilities in the room, need to take cups down to machine in reception. "

"This hotel was good value for the price and location was excellent. The room did have a musty smell and they only cleaned once during our five night stay. The self service was relatively easy...but i would have appreciated cleaning at least every other day. Location was excellent. Loved the restaurant across the street...we ate there twice...and we could walk to the Michelin Guide Vietnamese which was also excellent. Near shopping and the metro so easy to get to the train station for the airport. The view was of another building and we did have construction early one morning. That being said, comfortable beds, good water pressure in showers. Little space to hang and put away clothes. Also only C type converter plugs fit so it was okay for my Cpap machine but not so good for my hairdryer which kept overheating. Not sure i would stsy again...but it was decent value. "

"Great stay in a clean, fresh & upscale hotel in the heart of the south side close to metros, EU, and many tourist attractions. Best area to stay in if a tourist for leisure or business."

"We arrived at 10.30am, dropped our bags and went out the receptionist was moody with no smile. Came back around 10.30pm where we got given 2 single bed room. We booked a deluxe room as we were celebrating a birthday and we requested this on booking. Not even a happy birthday on arrival. As we were so tired we settled in, only to find a bug on the bed with hairs. We rang up, nothing was done. The receptionist did not listen and in fact hung up the phone. There was no iron, ironing board or slippers. We were told to go downstairs to collect!!! After my husband went down he agreed to change the room however NO LIFT goes there so had to pack everything up and move rooms. The room was bigger but didnt feel deluxe but as were super tired we took this room. I cant believe they did this as we were only there for 2 nights celebrating a birthday. This didnt feel special thanks to this hotel. Also water and coffee is only given on the 1st day. On check out no questions were asked on our stay. I wouldnt stay here again or recommend the hotel. "
