Nice hotel for business stay. Room was a bit noisy due to the tram, but could be ok with ear plugs. AC/heating was of unclear functioning. Staff helpful with invoice. Will stay again.

The hotel is well located. The room and bathroom were very clean, Nice staff. Having no tv screen in the room is a negative and another issue was that even though windows were closed, one still hears trams and cars passing from upper floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Brussels Hotel for a non eventful Saturday night was expensive. Citybox is exactly what it says. You are in a box. While I would understand it if it was to keep costs down, it wasn't cheap. It also was in an ok region, but nothing special was at the doorstep to make this a prime location.it wasn't horrible, but over priced. If i win the lottery, I might consider staying again, as it had facilities that required paying for, like laundrette for 7€, coffee machine for 3€, plates and fridge, but lacking kitchen utensils to prep and cook food. Maybe ok for breakfast?

Terrific

It was really nice. Simple, very clean, close to public transport and city centre. There is a guest kitchen and dining area where you can store and heat up food as well as access hot water. It is kept nice and clean and tidy. There is also a selection of games and books and a ping pong table. Excellent for staying with kids and when the weather is not so pleasant. It can be noisy at night unfortunately. Check in and out process was completely computerized and very user friendly
