The staff made it especially welcoming and warm, starting from the Frontdesk Director Kelvin, his frontdesk staff Alicia, Jerall and Ellena to housekeeping Andy. All of you made my stay enjoyable. "The hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was so good, plenty of choice to cover all tastes. Evening buffet was very good with a full range of food, bbq lobsters and large prawns just some of the items on the night we ate in the hotel. Infiniti pool on the roof was stunning at night looking out over Singapore"

"The hotel was nice overall, but our check-in experience could have been better. We arrived at around 12:00 after a very long and exhausting journey. I understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, so we were happy to wait and spend some time outside the hotel. However, even when we returned shortly before 3:00 PM, we were told that the room was still not available and that we had to wait until exactly 3:00 PM. At exactly 3:00 PM, our room cards were given to us. I completely understand the hotel’s check-in policy, but I believe a little flexibility, when a room is ready, can make a big difference to a tired traveller’s experience. We were extremely exhausted and simply wanted to rest. Overall, the hotel was good, but I hope there can be a little more flexibility with check-in when possible."

"This hotel is in a great location, MRT literally at the end of the street. It's new and clean and has all the latest tech. This was a good and bad thing depending on the situation. Rooms are nice but very small. I didn't like that the toilet is right next to the bed seperated by frosted glass. It didn't seem private enough. The pool was nice and very quiet. We had the whole thing to ourselves for over an hour. It was the perfect hotel for a 1 night stay but for longer trips the small rooms might not work"
