"Great location. A little away from crowded places. Very clean rooms and lobby. Spacious rooms with kitchenette. Very useful if you’re travelling with a baby. The staff is polite and friendly. Highly recommend this place."

"Quaint little spot. Nice and clean. Great staff. We had a bottle of wine and charcuterie in the little cafe upon arrival and it was excellent. Nothing fancy and a little out of the way but a quick drive or Uber to anywhere you need to go. Very reasonably priced. I’d go back for sure. "

"The room was fine, slow drainage in the bathroom sink...the stairs near our room were in disrepair and we had to constantly go through two doors to get over to where our room was, staff was wonderful efficient and friendly though all in all a nice stay.

"Our family had a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge. It was really inclusive. Both boys at different ages were able to engage in a lot of activities. The food was fantastic, better than I thought it was going to be. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was a little small."

"The staff were polite enough. The tv was non existent, aside from dispersed signal. As if an antenna was in use. The pool area was clean, yet the advertised warmth was non existent.
Wifi worked. No drinking water for refreshment, fridge, or microwave. Actually, I am surprised. With the amount of water in Niagara Falls, there was not a water fountain in sight."

"Room decor is dated but clean nonetheless. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient location on Clifton Hill. Parking is $15 and I find that reasonable. Would be nicer if parking was included in the room price though. I would likely stay again."

"Everything was terrible other than breakfast. Had to try room key 100 times to unlock main entrance and then room door. Room was terrible, not cleaned, empty tissues, AC switch broken, floor and sink in bad condition, weird smell, worst decision to book that hotel. One good thing that it was close to fall but not worth staying in. "
