"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The furniture wasn't in good condition. The chair in our sitting area was peeling and needs replacement. We had the do not disturb sign on our door and housekeeping still knocked on our door well before checkout time and she had the do not disturb sign in her hand and asked when we would be leaving. "We stayed one night in the Drama room. Very lovely themed hotel. Plenty of books to borrow and even a quiet library space on the top floor. Many options for food and shopping within walking distance. Be aware there is no elevator. Charming place."

"The view & beach access was great , high bank , but stunning view, close to amazing restaurants- comfy bed, & pillows. Loved the fireplace and balcony. Soft warm cookies in the evening, staff recycled plastics for me, breakfast was grab and go, but they had almond milk. The staff were so kind, attentive, & so knowledgeable of the area etc. great weekend for us and our dog💖🐾"

My biggest disappointment was that I paid for an ocean view room, and really feel that what we were given was a partial view room, due to the next property over blocking the view. The breakfast offerings were good, but not well stocked, despite everything being in the kitchen just waiting to be put out. "This had all of the key things I was hoping for. This does not often happen at an affordable price. Clean, nice size refrigerator that is cold, microwave, great desk for working and a comfortable office chair. Nice TV and internet connection made this a fortunate selection for a 19 day work trip.
