Short stay

I stayed here two nights and had no issues. My room was on the third floor and there were no elevators which was inconvenient but not a deal breaker for me. Reasonable sized room. I would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times.The staff are brilliant and do everything to help. However the hotel needs a makeover and deep clean. Once done I would have no problem stopping again.

Good value great location!

Signed up for a room that said they had cable TV and I was told that it wasn’t working. I needed to have my own cable and hook it up to a computer. Very confusing and disappointing. Excellent restaurant right attached to the hotel and wonderful location in old town. Pub Street and market places within a few minutes walk. Definitely recommend other than the desk staff not helping me out with the TV.

This hotel is really good and as for any negative comments said about it I would have to say it’s not true. I would highly recommend to try and get a suite because it gives you so much space. It has amazing food and you must try their cheese burger with this corn flour crust on top of it and it tastes so good. This hotel gets two thumbs up keep up the good work would highly recommend to anyone coming to siem reap because it’s location is close to everything like places like pub street

The property was good value for money and in a good location. Beware some of the rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Hard work after a hard day in the heat.

Hotellet er i andre etasje på en restaurant. Ikke spesielt rent. Ikke renhold på mitt rom på de fire nettene jeg var der. Men det ligger midt i 'turist' delen av byen så der er mange restauranter og butikker over alt. Hvis man skal ha billig rom og ikke er så nøye på omgivelsene er det greit nok.

Viva hotel

The viva hotel is in the popular bar area, but having said that it was quite and relaxing at night I had a early night going to bed before 10pm and was not disturbed by any outside noise, so this location is worth considering,

Good value

I found nothing to complain about. The hotel is a very nice place to stay for the price. The staff are very friendly. it is not a five star hotel and does not pretend to be one. I expected it to be a bit noisy given the location but I was wrong. Good value hotel.

Check in fast and easy.Staff very friendly and obliging.clean room with room service.food downstairs was ok.has a lift.can walk to riverside where there are many bars and resturants or $3 tuk tuk ride.this is the fifth time we have stayed here.
