Really lovely hotel, excellent communication from Bruno before and during my stay. Really good places to eat nearby and hotel arrange a trip that I wanted to go on as well as pick up and drop off for where I needed to be . Would definitely stay here if visiting again.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. The room was clean and service was excellent. The owner arranged a trip to the lake which was one of the highlights of our vacation. The location is very close to the market and we had access to excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Siem Reap.

The owner and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location was convenient and within walking distance to Old Market /Pub Street area, while the surrounding areas had many F&B options, massage places and a convenience store. Overall an enjoyable first time to Siem Reap!

Wonderful stay! Loved the room, the bed, balcony, it was quiet and we had a good sleep. close to everything, great food places step away from the hotel. And finally - Bruno! Family friendly and convienent

Our first time to Cambodia was a pleasure in part due to the excellent and convenient services of the Five Senses Hotel. We were provided with every option possible through the hotel for tours, transport, meals, etc. It really feels like you are staying with family and that is what we were looking for during our stay in Siem Reap.

Beautiful hotel

We had a phenomenal time at this hotel. Upon our arrival, we were greeted, helped with our bags, and offered complimentary drinks. Breakfast is included and they had it ready for us at 5am so we could make it in time to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat. All of the staff was very friendly and service oriented. The hotel arranges taxis (tuk-tuk), tours and everything you need. They made us feel right at home.

This is an extraordinary little gem. The staff and their service were simply terrific and my room was large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The spa was worth 10x what I paid and was the highlight of my trip to Siem Reap—maybe even more so than Angkor Wat! I just cannot praise The 5 Senses enough.

Good price-quality relation

I really liked this hotel. It’s pretty small with only a few rooms, so the service is personalized. The rooms are huge and comfortable, and they provide toiletries. The location is good, although you have to cross a very dark street and the bridge to get to the market and the pub street. The advantage is that you can sleep in silence. The breakfast is à la carte (not continental), and it’s very good.

Everything about this experience staying at the 5 senses was absolutely do fantastic. I would say just don't hesitate booking here, it really is just perfect. The host was extremely helpful and courteous as were his staff, nothing asked of them was too much trouble His communication prior to arriving was exemplary, he even arranged collection to and from thw airport for my wife and I for just $55, and then arranged a tuk tuk guide and transport to all the three temples of Angkor for just $19. The breakfast was lovely especially the pancakes! Honestly loved this place, just perfect, the rooms are beautiful and quite spacious. All in all, just fantastic!

Lovely small family owned hotel. There is much to like about this little hotel, great amenities, attractive decor, good location with a couple of great restaurants next door, a good breakfast, and friendly staff. My only concern at the hotel was the noise coming from the pool area with small children yelling, screaming…. The hotel is quite small and the noise strongly impacts many of the rooms. Perhaps the hotel might consider setting up some quiet hours so all their guests can enjoy the space and head out for errands during kiddy pool time. Just a thought.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food on your doorstep with Sambo restaurant near by. Walking distance to busy shopping and dining area. Hotel has a lovely pool which is essential in the heat and is never too busy. Very enjoyable stay.
