PROS: The food was great. We had omelets, bread and drinks for breakfast and they were delicious! The room was spacious and quiet, so you can have good sleep. Bed was okay. They have a pool, but a bit small. Staff was also helpful. He helped us arrange a tuktuk going to the airport early in the morning. CONS: The facilities are old. We had a small fridge in the room, but it was unplugged and I'm not even sure if it's working because it's really old. When we came in, the room smelled good, but after we used the toilet, there was a stinky smell coming out. They didn't have soap, shampoo and conditioner, so we had to buy our own. The room was dark. The staff didn't really give a warm welcome when we arrived. We booked for a room that has a free one-way pick up from the airport, but they didn't respond to my message so we had to find our way to the hotel by taxi which cost $10 for a 20-minute ride. Anyway, we were out most of the time, so I think our stay in this hotel wasn't a terrible one.

Very Convenient!

For this hotel, you pretty much get what you pay for. The rooms were bare, and when we first arrived to our room in the morning it was swarming with mosquitoes.. Luckily they had citronella oil so they didn't actually bite but it was a bit traumatizing. Besides the mosquitoes, the room was fairly clean. It says toiletries are provided, but bring shampoo/body wash/etc as that is not included..only a toothbrush and a comb. The staff at this hotel was excellent. When we checked in, they made it super easy for us to get a tuk tuk to the temples and explained the hot spots to see / when to see them. Our driver, Sambo, was the best! He picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and provided cold water and wet towels as we explored the temples. Good value for a decent hotel. If you're looking to save some money and don't want to live the hostel life, this is the hotel for you!

직원들 모두 친절하고 좋았다. 호텔 레스토랑 식사는 매우 훌륭했어요. 하지만 호텔 상태는 전반적으로 오래된 건물이고 너무 어두웠고, 옆 호스텔에서 오전 10시부터 들리는 음악소리는 조용한곳을 원하는 사람들에게 스트레스를 준다. 크게 고급스럽지는 않지만 가격대비로 아주만족할만하다. 수영장또한 적당한 크기에 깨끗하다.

I had a pleasant time at the hotel. It's close enough but far enough from downtown Siem Reap/Pub Street so quiet, sitll walking distance. Room was sparsely decorated but served well. The door had a space between panelling so mosquitos kept coming in. Also the sewage system is not functioning well so the bathroom really smelled. Also the hotel next door kept up a loud party every night - was bit annoying but I was too tired from sight seeing so I could sleep. Ppl who aren't fan of loud EDM party going on may find it a little bit .... The tuktuk to/from airport guy was pleasant,. Young guy. He was very punctual., The reception got the time wrong so had to wait. I recommend you double check if you are using the complimentary tuktuk service from the airport on arrival.

Hotel hat eine super Lage. Recht ruhig, aber dennoch sofort mitten im Getümmel. Service ist total nett. Das Frühstück ist leider etwas spärlich. Da bekommt man, schätze ich, besseres. Kann man ja dann aber immernoch machen.

Good value for money, good location, pool

A nice hotel with a pool where the sun shines all day. Ok breakfast, aircon works well, reliable airport pick-up, easy to organise Angkor wat tours through the hotel. Good value for money. The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to pub street where you would not want to be if you want to be a able to sleep, but it's nice to be nearby.

Good budget hotel with swimming pool.

Hotel is well maintained and staff are helpful. There were only 2 drawback, no lift second the signage of the hotel is written in brown with brown background which becomes hard to figure out if you are going there for the first time.

Great pool to relax after temples. Clean hotel.

Had just a quick 3 nights here while exploring the temples at Angkor. Found the hotel to be the perfect place to relax after a long day in the sun. The pool was truly amazing. The room was spacious and clean although aircon not the best. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Easily rented a motorbike along the road from here to get to Angkor which is highly recommended over dealing with overpriced and annoying tuk tuk drivers. The hotel is set back from the main road which made it a quiet and cosy place to be.

Angenehm und Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage

Um die Tempel von Angkor zu bestaunen sicher ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Für kambodschanische Verhältnisse ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Fotos entsprechen aber nicht der Realität. Die Zimmer sind geräumig ohne grosses schnick schnack Mobiliar. Preis / Leistung völlig i.o. Restaurants und Bars hat es gleich an der Strasse. 20m vom Hotel, nichts mit dunkler Strasse oder wilden Hunden (Strassen-Hunde hats im ganzen Land). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Pool ist auch völlig i.o. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

앙코르 팔 부티크 호텔에서 5박을 머물렀습니다. 1)걸어서 3분이면 펍스트리트에 갈 수 있는 위치에 있어서, 매우 좋았습니다. (펍스트리트 가는 동안에 양 옆 길가에 음식점들이 많이 있습니다. 펍스트리트에 있는 음식점들 보다 가격이 더 싸고 맛도 괜찮아서, 3군데 정도 가봤네요. 유명한 음식점 갈 목적이 아니라면 호텔 근처의 음식점에서 먹는 것도 좋을 듯) 2)무료 조식을 제공해주는데, 좋은 편이었습니다.(오믈렛,스크럼블 에그,생과일 요거트,팬케이크 등등) 3) 객실 청소를 깨끗하게 합니다. 침대 커버와 이불,베개를 항상 갈아줍니다. 4) 수영장 시설도 좋은 편입니다. 물에 벌레도 한 마리 없고, 수영장 크기도 좋습니다. ( 소금으로 청소를 하는지 물이 조금 짭니다) 5) 호텔에서 제공하는 투어를 이용할 수 있으나, 가격이 조금 비싼 편입니다. ex) 앙코르 와트 스몰 서킷은 15달러로 다른 곳과 비슷하나, 톤레삽의 수상가옥을 가는 투어는 최소 20달러로 비쌉니다 ( 톤레삽까지 가는 비용만 20달러...) 6) 호텔 직원분들이 전부 다 영어가 가능하기 때문에 의사소통에 문제는 없습니다

The hotel is about a 10min.walk from Sivatha Rd.(busy main road in centre of SP)and Pub Street,so it's away from the hustle and bustle.You will find many small tourist restaurants for a 2$meal and/or a 50c beer around the hotel,so avoid Pub Street,food is terribly overpriced there.The hotel is quite nice,you have a fairly big swimming pool in which you can actually swim,breakfast is included,although it's pretty simple but ok.Staff is very polite.But I still think the 18$ we paid is overpriced for the simpleness of the room,we had rooms like this for about 8$ elsewhere in Cambodia but I guess this Siem Reap.So I would still recommend it as it is clean,comfy and breakfast is a plus (for the lazy ones:-))In the room you will find a kettle,instant coffee,soap,towels and 2 bottles of water (daily),a flatscreen TV,A/C,a fridge etc.
