Perfect!

Excellent place for transit. Close to the airport, airport transfer available, good service, pleasant staff. This is my first review, but have stayed at this hotel several time and will always choose this one. If I need transit, this is the place for me. Room service is good. The menu limited but quite adequate for a hungry person. Plenty of eating places just outside the hotel. Price of a room is competitive, but the "twin beds" are big enough for two people. It is a pleasure to stay at the Sinar.

Noisy, because of its location which is very close to Juanda Airport. Hot shower does not function properly. Terrible TV. OK breakfast.

Good value for money .

Ok, service was friendly, but not very efficient ,slow and did not quite get things done. First room had an annoying mechanical noise that I complained about . They changed my room to a quieter room straight away . They were well aware of the problem. Had to chase after towels then got them much later twice. Though the floors through the hotel were shinny the edges and walls needed a clean. Food was ok but only Indonesian . For Java it was all over above standard but nowhere like Bali standards . Still good value understanding the cultural differences.

This hotel isn't far from airport which was convenient for us. It is cheap and hotel staff were helpful and room was clean and comfortable enough.
