The staff was very helpful, making it so that the TV remote worked. They also fixed the shower head for us. The room heater worked great and was not loud. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We slept better than we did at home. Breakfast was also outstanding.

The breakfast was perfect! Waffles, eggs and much more. Friendly staff and check it. The room was a little warm due to it being colder outside I’m told. Our room door stuck and we had to slam our body against it to open it.

The staff was extremely personable and attentive. The morning free breakfast buffets were very good and each day different. It is a pet friendly location and had a nice dog walk area with clean up supplies available. A very good of highway location within only a few miles from shopping and restaurants. It's my go to when in that area.

Comfortable night

We got a last minute reservation for a family event and got in after 10 pm, yet the desk clerk was there within seconds and checked us in quickly. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast area was spacious, very clean, and well maintained.

Room was clean and quiet. King bed was a bit uncomfortable due to age, needs to be updated. Sleep disruption from movement by either me or my husband was felt by the other. Elevator in lobby area out of order but we were unaffected as there was a second elevator near our room. Staff was courteous and helpful. Quick access on/off I-75 with gas station nearby.

My husband hurt himself before we left Illinois. When we checked in he was on crutches and I’m disabled and can’t walk far. The lady at check-in gave us a VERY close room. What a relief. It was also handicap accessible so it was easier for him to get in and out of the shower. The shower was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.. and everything was clean. The refrigerator was dirty though. But not as important to me..

Lost our key & staff was very gracious & helpful. Interior is old & tired and needs a facelift, pool has been closed for several months, one of the elevators was out of order. Overpriced for the quality of the stay when comparing with friends who stayed at 2 new hotels in town.

Great place place to stay

Stayed 2 nights for funeral. Room was clean. Bed was clean, comfortable. Had nice pillows. I called down to get an extra blanket. The night desk guy brought it right up, well should say he brought two in case we needed it. I placed the second one in the top of the closet, like the guy asked if we did not need it to do .
