"Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there. "Beautiful resort about 30 minute drive from Marrakech. Huge rooms and great service (albeit at breakfast it was painful trying to get the correct coffee order before lunchtime). Pools are fantastic, they’re heated all year round. Our children loved playing in them. The food is limited however. The restaurants are limited. Five are advertised but at dinner there are only two plus a sushi bar in the main bar. Very expensive food, although delicious. There’s no dinner buffet which is a big miss...

"Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible.
