Stayed in the luxury suite with dinner added in. Room was like the photos and had a massive bed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely as well. The food is nice with a variety of choices for dinner. We would pick on starter, two mains and a dessert which was included in the price. Drinks were extra. Pool sunlounger were plentiful and you had your pick. No rushing to get a lounger. Pool was freezing but adequate for a few laps and to cool down. On checking out we were offered a room to relax in as our airport pickup truck as at 5.30pm and we checked out at 11am. That was so unexpected but much appreciated. Taj Atlas is the boutique hotel you go to when you just want to relax and chill. Biggest plus for me when I go on holiday is comfortable beds and a decent shower. I would recommend Taj Atlas for a break from hectic life. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea but was perfect for us for 3 nights. Marrakesh is just over an hour away by taxi.

I was looking for a stressfree retreat and this was exactly that. The entire place was beautifully presented and every single member of staff from management, waiters, house keeping and gardeners were just so kind and polite. I had no excursions planned but when i changed my mind, the hotel arranged this to meet my individual preferences. The transport and guides were equally as wonderful. The location is remote but perfect for having peace and quiet, yet still close enough for a nice drive to the city. Everyone was so kind and considerate and treat me so well. I would definitely return!

A rough and bumpy road, framed by the Atlas mountains, lead us to a place of complete tranquility in the Taj Atlas. The hotel itself was quiet, in a secluded part of Amizmiz and was the better for it as waking each morning to a cacophony of songbirds was a complete delight. This oasis of calm had a lovely, inviting swimming pool and was great after sunning in a nearby lounger. The food was good, beef tagine in particular was delicious. The room itself was spacious and comfortable but wasn't cleaned with the vigour one would expect of a 4 star resort - the shower was limescaley and a little grimy, a more energetic dusting wouldn't have gone amiss either. One sour point was two of the wait staff knocking our room door being highly suggestive of recieving a tip, as they were going off duty. A tip was given, although as is customary, we leave a tip for all staff at check out.

Amazing stay

My stay here was amazing, i stayed here for peace and quiet and the tranquil surroundings with my pregnant wife. We loved it, especially the hospitality from ali and sabbir. Only thing is i would say food did not have enough variety and could taste a little bit better. But just such an amzing experince at this place and the views are amazing frim the terrace to see the atlas mountains. Thank you very much everyone at taj for our amazing stay.

Hele prettige omgeving schoon en stuk voor stuk heel beleefd en vriendelijk personeel.. de eerste kamer beviel ons niet we hadden het idee dat de foto’s van de kamer in de advertentie niet overeen kwamen met de kamer zelf, maar we kregen dag later direct een upgrade naar een luxere kamer zonder extra kosten. Als advies zou ik zeggen boek pas vanaf de luxury suite of beter want de bedden in die kamers zijn ook veel beter dan bijvoorbeeld in de king suite.. Wie rust en een prachtige omgeving zoekt beveel ik deze accomodatie aan!

Front desk guy was excellent and problem solver. Expedia screwed up my reservation and the hotel was fully booked but the receptionist worked out a solution with some other guests. Swimming pool and garden are great. Rest of the hotel and the room were dirty and dated. Linen is worn out and dirty. Bed not comfortable and no hot water. Breakfast was so bad I left it and went out to eat. Never again.
