"Upon arrival, we were able to check in 7 hours early for a small fee. The staff are 24/7 which helps with any queries you might have. The security system is top notch - only opens through your face. As for the maintenance of the property it was well kept however we did have an issue with our bathroom toilet which was speedily resolved and we were moved to a different room. All in all I am quite pleased with my experience."

"If I could give this property 6/5 stars I would! Excellent location in SP, lovely apartment, great communal facilities, excellent communication and even extended our check out to save us having to wait around for an appointment outside with luggage! Would highly recommend and stay again."

"First I got a room with a water leaking issue but then contacted customer service on WhatsApp and they were very kind to change my room for another one and even better. "I had problems with the facial recognition process. It did not recognize me, despite of uploading my face and documents with picture, luckily my partner was present and could open the door. The revolving door was often having problems and we could not find anyone to remove the garbage or provide us with clean towels."
