"There’s nothing Grand about it in the slightest. It isn't the cheapest hotel around yet you still have to pay 10bng to use the sauna each time. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bulgaria and this is the first I’ve heard of this. No kettle or hairdryer in the room, just a TV and drinking glasses. Extremely dated, the bed is not comfortable and you can feel the springs. The drains/water really smell disgusting and the shower curtain stank of cigarette smoke. "Nice place to stay. As a family of 4 we had 2 rooms next to each other. We arrived late in the evening and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Had a couple of trips up and down in the elevator until we hit the correct floor (strange button labeling) but the food was great. Will definitely stay there again."
