It's great value for the money. We stopped in the samokov hotel 2 years ago and it definitely felt like an upgrade in every way.

The cleanliness was good maids done a good job and always left a nice towel animal on the bed. Although the bed sheets stayed the same throughout the holiday. The staff behind the bar and particularly in the restaurant were awful. The food was extremely poor! The pool was freezing and you had to pay extra for suana which was not advertised. Also you had to pay extra for storing your boots and skis! And when we arrived that had got our booking completely wrong. Mid way through the week the extra bed got removed from one of our rooms.

Stayed in the Iglika Villas at the back of the property. The villas are separate from the hotel. Villas are older wooden chalet type properties suitable for families or a small group. Accommodation is basic but clean and warm and in a good location for the resort. Accommodation is self catering, would recommend eating out as kitchen area extremely basic

Very tired Hotel

On arrival was told that the Hotel did not have my reservation through Expedia, was given a lower standard room but still charged for the higher spec room. The room was to have a double bed, a safe, and a bed sofa, none of these were present. Bath was placed in Bathroom with gaps all around so water went everywhere. Door coatings were peeling and falling off. We wont be going again.

Bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel bien situé par rapport aux remontées mécaniques Chambres en mauvais état et restaurant limite quant à sa capacité d'accueil. Bonne cuisine en quantité satisfaisante. Réception Internet trop faible pour se raccorder. Possibilité de location et stockage de ski appréciable et de bonne qualité.
