"The hotel was in a great location and our room was great. Would of been nice to know about the building works going on. The bear and bistro are both great , the staff were very friendly and the food was great in both. Room cleaning was good , it was inconsistent on whether your tea, coffee etc was stocked up ."

"Staff were great and food was amazing, we had some issues with the room, firstly noise from the air-conditioning units out side the window, but tbf we were given an upgraded room. Unfortunately we had to be moved again due to some random pipe banging in the new room, again in all fairness we were moved again to a better room. As I have said the staff were brilliant with the issues and nothing was any problem, to sort. Highly recommend the Pie and mash Amazing."
