"Great big room (for Japan), amazing Onsen, great service in English. All at low price. Area a bit out of the way, but a 20 mins walk to train station and near outlet mall. Would book again. "

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good. In between 10 Minutes to Sendai station on foot. But the bath and toilet accessories is a bit old. And they provide a fresh ground coffee all day."

"The property has a pretty environment and has a nice view of the Matsushima bay area. It offers tasty meals with a good variety of food and beverages. Unfortunately the room that I was assigned, while has a nice view, is right next to the railway tracks with trains frequently passing. No information about the railway tracks were provided in the process of booking online, I believe Expedia should alert customers to state clearly their request for a quiet room away from the railway. The property should also consider installing double glazed windows for the rooms affected. Should I be staying for more than one night, I would request a change of rooms."
"The hotel was easy to find and very close to Sendai train station. The pillows were VERY thin, I would highly suggest either bringing your own or ask the staff for an additional pillow. There's a Lawson's on the first floor which makes it convenient for snacks/water etc. The room was small but for one night it worked for what we needed. The A/C worked very well. The staff was wonderfuland the hotel was very clean!"
"Neat as a pin, in a busy area full of eateries and a shopping mall about 10 minutes walk away. Staff were very helpful and there is a good breakfast and parking. There are high- tension electrical towers very close, not seen in the pictures, if you are bothered by that. "
