"We had a very relaxing family holiday here. There were hardly any other guests when we stayed, and it was almost like having a private resort.The restaurant staff made us two lovely dinners and breakfasts, the first dinner was an intricate kaiseki spread, and the second was delicious grilled steak. "初めてオールインクルーシブの宿に宿泊しました。 チェックイン時からドリンクとアルコールと簡単なおつまみがいただけて、夕食時のアルコールの種類が充実していてびっくりしました。 夕食ビュッフェは中華料理が多く、土地柄もあるでしょうが海鮮系はほとんどありませんでした。 湯上がりラウンジでもドリンクとアルコールが飲めました。 お風呂に関しては、アメニティやドライヤーがとても良かったです。 ただ、露天風呂が大浴場と別の場所にあり、また雰囲気もあまり良くありませんでした。 タオルが浴場に置いてあり使い放題なのはありがたかったですが、なんとなく焦げ臭い臭いがしたのが気になりました。"

"We had a Western style room on the 4th floor which had a balcony with beautiful views. The beds were comfortable. The onsen was small but very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was varied, lots to chose from both western and Japanese. We were welcomed by friendly staff."

"The hotel is close to railway and bus stations. Also a supermarket is two minutes away.. The front desk stuffs are very helpful and nice. The room is very clean and has no bad smells. Room is large compared with some other Japan hotels. Free breakfast is another plus!"

"I stayed only for one night but the hotel was excellent, staff were helpful, spacious Japanese style room. A bit of walk from the Kinugawa Onsen Station but it is a nice walk. I will stay again if I am in the area again."
