Delightful happy reception staff room comfortable, well equipped and clean , breakfast had a good range of choice, restaurant staff excellent, location was fantastic

First time staying at this hotel, but I will certainly be back! So well situated - surrounded by shops and restaurants. As well as being within walking distance of the famous castle. Highly recommended

Very clean hotel and stuff was very helpful

This was an amazing hotel. The upstairs onsen was a huge bonus and they also have washing machines and dryers which is perfect for those doing a long travel trip. The hotel provided a lot of freebies and comfy Pjs too! The staff were so friendly and also allowed us to leave our luggage the next day whilst we explored the castle.

Lovely hotel and really Friendly staff, close to the train station and almost on top of the castle and grounds. Rooms were spacious and very clean with all the amenities you could want. Very close the shops, bars, restaurants and sight seeing spots. Well worth considering if your going to Himeji.

I was expecting the Hotel to look newer but it still go the job done. Breakfast were amazing

Hotel east wing is slightly dated but still a really nice hotel. Onsen superb, best we have had in many hotels. 3 baths, 3 tubs, sauna, mist room and cold plunge pool. 9am closure for maintenance could be moved to 11am so guests could use it before going out. Good location and courtesy bus to and from Himeji station great, if you spot it... maybe mention it in ads? Room spotless, amenities first class, we enjoyed our stay.

Close by the JR Rail Station. Comfortable twin bed room. Small bathroom. Excellent customer service. Himeji castle 25 min walk.

It was difficult to find the hotel because the only sign outside was in Japanese and the place looked deserted. A passer-by took us in and I was surprised to find everywhere in semi darkness, the reason being that we had entered just before check in. The room was spotless, warm and comfortable with both dinner and breakfast included on the price.

Nice budget hotel for staying

Such a wonderful location. The Hotel is opposite side of the Aioi train station. If you have the business at Okayama and a hotel is full or too expensive. This hotel may be your answer Particularly if you have JR PASS . The AIOI Train station is 16 minute from OKAYAMA station by Shinkansen. You just only check the times schedule . You can have the more valuable hotel with comfortable for stay and traveling. Moreover the Staff over there are also helpful.

The hotel was clean, quite and close to the all attractions .

The room was more than adequate for my 2 week stay. Their are a variety of free amenities including tea, tooth burst/paste and hair care products. My only real complaint is the lack of a toilet brush, cleaning the toilet after use using the toilet paper isn't the best experience.

Polite and accommodating host, clean, quiet, good shower. Luggage storage. Close to subway station. Each bed in the dorm has the necessities - private light, curtains and lots of plug sockets. The room was a little hot and the pillow very small and flat but overall it was very good value accommodation for the price

It's a super clean hotel, really gorgeous interior. The staff is so polite and so very helpful! They made sure the Takyubin would take our luggage to Kyoto on time for the next day, was so helpful to us! They were great! It's a shame the room and bathroom are so small, but it's a Japanese hotel, so that's how it is in this kind of hotel. Good price for what you get.

Very good location. Hotel was basic but had everything I needed for a one night stay. The Japanese breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.
