"This hotel is perfect for a night’s rest while in transit. You do have to go through immigration and security to use it, but in the morning it’s so straight forward to leave from because it’s right beside one of the security entrances. The room provides everything you need so we always book our check in bags right through and simple take a change of clothes in our backpacks."

"Room was small but nice. Bathroom was very nice. Breakfast with room was okay, but food options limited other than limited room service menu when we returned from tours in evening. Executive lounge hours were limited with only snacks and drinks offered at very limited times. Not sure that I would pay extra for the executive lounge in future……other hotel lounges offered more and various times and were on a high level floor with a view. We had to go from floor 28 to floor 2 to access the lounge."

"Overall, we had a good stay at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa. The staff were kind and helpful, especially when I got lost nearby and needed assistance bringing my daughter back to the hotel. The location was convenient and the hotel was beautiful, but we found a pacifier under the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The pool hours were also inconvenient for guests sightseeing all day. Overall, the helpful staff made a positive impression, but the cleanliness and pool hours could be improved"

"Great location just a few steps from shibuya station. Steet leading to the hotel is clean and quiet with a combini and several places to eat/drink. Staff were helpful and spoke plenty of English. Rooms were very clean and well appointed with the in-room wash/dryer being particularly useful. A fantastic base for our time in Tokyo."
