"Booked a room a week prior to arrival, Showed up only to find out they had over booked themselves and refused me a room. If you aren’t sophisticated enough now to manage in house bookings in addition to 2nd/3rd party platforms then remove your hotel from the additional platforms. After 30 min of fued, they finally granted me a lame double room, far cry from the executive king suite I booked, but at 10 pm… The place is old, out dated, filthy and with all of the cracks in the concrete structure, not sure how the building is still standing never less up to code. You can see where mold has been painted over in lieu of mitigation. Save yourself and your health. Stay some where else. "

"The hotel is run down. The comforter had spots on it, the sink was stopped up, there were no lamp shades on the bedside lights, the elevator took forever, no one ever came to clean the room or give us fresh towels. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"For the price point, has everything you need! Only complaint is room smelled of smoke. Stayed here a few months ago in different area of hotel and had same issue. Other than that, staff is very helpful and room has all basic amenities, overall clean."
