Leopold Hotel
The room was clean and tidy and staff were friendly … we had a twin room which I shared with my daughter. She got into her bed before me but when I went to get into bed …there was no bottom sheet … just a mattress topper. I called reception and they did sent up 2 sheets … for me to make it up myself🤔 ...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice but was looking a little old and worn. It was nice to have access to the spa facilities, it would be nice if these had an upgrade, the area was looking old, worn and dirty and could do with more seating areas/areas to put belongings ...

Leonardo Hotel Sheffield
Parking was easy though we have a electric car so the rules for paying for parking while charging are not clear and the staff wasn't sure about how it worked. Once we moved our car after charging, we were fine.
