The staff I spoke to were great but trying to order anything when reception werent available was pointless - didnt get served for a drink in the reception area and went to the room to order room service instead, which I cancelled after 20 minutes and no show - next time I'd book a premier inn or something rather than chance somewhere like this. Its a dated building and it shows - I feel like it has a specific target audience and I wasnt that"
