"The staff on the front desk at check in were excellent. The cleaning staff somehow missed making up my room on the first day . At 4:15 the front desk told me housekeeping only worked til 5:00. Luckily somehow the front desk got them the message. Understaffed! At breakfast Sunday morning, hust one person was replenishing the buffet. As she brought out one item, guests were quick to point out two or three other items had run out. Hotel is in a lovely location but management should take a look at...

"I showed up at 1030. Got a card for my room with my family. Entered the room to find another family already sleeping in there. Went back down and was sent to a “suite”. An empty room with a beat up fridge with 2 beds in the room beside it. Thankfully we were only there for 10 hours "

"The host was accommodating and helpful. I appreciated the kitchen, as it let me stay in and relax over the weekend. Kitchen had an apartment-sized fridge and freezer, full-size stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pot. As well, there were lots, a frying pan, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Bathroom had towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Smart TV with Rogers basic cable. Bed was ok for one person. Neighbourhood was quiet. Parking on site. "

"The staff was lovely but the room was very unclean. Stunk of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the bedding. Empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhere. We left immediately. The staff was lovely and looked defeated. My heart goes out to them but I couldn't stay there with my immune compromised husband and children "

"Nobody at front desk when we checked in. Had to call them. Room had cobwebs No breakfast on offer both days we stayed. "

"Staff were helpful and friendly, room was a generous size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the dirty side and very dated (toilet barely flushed). The hotel offered no amenities but had a basic free breakfast. Lots of parking, however not in a walkable or convenient location. Room walls were thin but no road or outside noise present, but would be an issue with loud neighbours. Would recommend this hotel if you are budget conscious or need to stay for 1 night. Longer stays...

"It was fine. A good value for sure. Did not offer a lot, and a lot was not expected. Clean. The only downside is that the bed was way too soft!"
