"Fosters restaurant menu had a wide range of offerings for brunch, lunch and dinner. During our 3-day/2-night stay we had dinner, brunch and drinks. We found the food delicious and the service helpful, friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and very pleasant. Renovations have been done on the rooms since I last stayed at Foster's Inn. The washroom has been completely renovated with beautiful tiling on the floor and shower stall. Our room had a sky light that provided lots of natural light in the space. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I have stayed at a number of hotels in Stratford and I highly recommend Fosters."

"Tastefully decorated well preserved historical property with unique charm and atmosphere. Super high ceilings, antique furiniture, beds with canopies, rooms with private bathrooms, coffee and tea all day long, fridge in the common area, everything needed for a pleasant stay. Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to the city center, Shakespeare Gardens and river boardwalk. Very responsive and approachable hosts living in the same property. All in all, wonderful theatrical gateway. We plan to be back one day."

"Very quaint and well kept property. However, rooms have very thin walls, lots of noise from neighbouring rooms and also a lot of street noise. Lastly, not helpful that restaurant only opens for breakfast at 8:00am."

"We arrived and were greeted by one of the staff who let us in and showed us to our room, directed us to where the hot tub was and allowed us to get settled in. This is a traditional B&B where there are a few rooms with guests, communal areas and an amazing and filling breakfast. Breakfast was served plated style with many options along the way. The owners were knowledgeable about the surroundings and the plays. We had a great time and would love to return when the weather is nicer and the gardens are in full bloom."
