This property was exactly as advertised. Relatively small rooms, but it had everything we needed and was clean and organized well. Communication with staff was quick and easy, and very accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

loved it ! communication was great! Our ac had to be reset but the coordinator showed us how to do it via video call. it was super easy to check in and out all self check and very modern clean and convenient. location was great, there’s bus taxi and bikes close by walk easy to the main attractions in Seville and shops and restos right here. the street was quiet.

The Location is excellent. 20 minutes Walk from the cathedral. Lots of Cafés and Restaurants around. Comments on the property: I thought it was a hotel, Not at all. They dont have Restaurant nor do you room daily. The room was OK bu the bathroom was not in good shape, needs maintenance and there were little worms on the shower….

Just as shown in photos - very clean with a suitably equipped kitchen, and hairdryer, shampoo and soap, in an open plan studio. Very safe area, code access at entry and apartment. As a single woman that’s important for me. Wonderful local cafes/bars around as well as restaurants, etc., catering to tourists and visiting Spaniards. I always felt safe in the entire historic district. Blackout curtains were a plus. Some outside noise but my earplugs helped with that and it was more people passing by as it’s on a small street off of the Hercules plaza. Great walking distance to the sites and a bus/taxis nearby if you prefer. Had a couple of unexpected issues that the management company handled the same day. It was a great place for a single traveler or two people comfortable with each other/a studio bathroom and shower that are in the one-space studio.

The staff were excellent, really helpful and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment was light and relatively spacious, apart from the kitchen and bathroom facilities being somewhat squashed together. Pretty clean, apart from some finger marks on cupboards. Television had a good range of streaming platforms. Downsides for us might be ups for others. The bed was very hard and pillows initially supplied very flat. The hosts quickly provided more for us. The bathroom arrangement was weird - large screens rather than walls, which would be fine if not right next to the kitchen. This area was very squashed and felt to me unhygienic - even if not. The flat is in an area frequented at night by the locals. If you want to experience local nightlife it can't be beaten. However, the flat is just of the main social area of the plaza and just doors from a sports bar which each night wheeled out a large TV. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere so loud at night. Was like trying to sleep in a football stadium. On the Friday night it seemed like the whole of Seville was hanging out in the area. Wonderful atmosphere, but when still revelling going on at 3am it gets a bit hard going. So, if you like quiet and need to get to sleep before 2/3am, I'd say don't book. Great for party people though!

Check in process was very smooth. Location is excellent next to a plaza with many restaurants and cafes and bars. The apartment was excellent, was surprised to see there was an entire second floor with the bathroom and shower.

Unhealthy Air and Mold Concern Despite Nice Design

The space is minimalist and could be great, but there are a few important issues. The bathroom is located on the second floor inside the suite, and the stairs can be dangerous to use at night. The main concern, however, is that the bathroom has no ventilation at all, which causes a persistent damp smell. The odor becomes stronger over time and is even noticeable downstairs. At night, the air quality worsens, making it difficult to breathe comfortably and sometimes causing coughing. It’s very important that the property addresses this issue, as it’s possible there is hidden mold behind the paint.

Perfekt gelegen. Alles zu Fuß von da aus erreichbar. Super Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber. Die Beschreibung entspricht der Realität. Die Küchenzeile ist für improvisierte Mahlzeiten geeignet. Wir hatten die Wohnung im EG. Deswegen hatten wir die Fenster immer zu und abgedunkelt, Das war wenig romantisch, da die Leute direkt davor laufen. Das Bad kann über eine Treppe erreicht werden. Die Feuchtigkeit findet keinen richtigen Weg nach draußen. Die Klimaanlage hat gut gekühlt.

Todo fue excelente la ubicación es inmejorable lo único es el baño en el segundo piso que es un poco extraño pero todo muy bien, la comunicación con el Hoost fue inmejorable y muy seguro, súper recomendados

Einzigartige Lage zu allen Attraktionen. Ruhige Umgebung, alles, was nötig ist, ist in der näheren Umgebung. Ausstattung, wie beschrieben, gerade für einen Städtetrip alles ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter der Vermietung sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, sowohl im Viertel, als auch in der Wohnung.

Excellent séjour dans un studio très agréable, lumineux, bien aménagé et extrêmement bien situé. À noter toutefois qu’il y a une petite fuite d’eau lorsqu’on prend une douche. Il serait aussi utile d’avoir accès aux informations quant au lave-linge (le qr code ne fonctionne pas).

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l'appart hôtel Naranjas y Limone. Espace agréable et bien agencé, lit confortable, accès facile et extrêmement bien situé dans Séville. Il faut toutefois noter que l'insonorisation n'est pas bonne du tout et que la rue est assez bruyante notamment le weekend.
