"La habitación había mucha humedad. El aire hacía mucho ruido . La comida 6/10 en el Bufet no me encantó . El día que fuimos a cenar el res de see food por reserva ese estuvo nice. El hotel está lindo y esta cool para los niños que buscas una playa tranquila y un parque acuático. Ponía clean service y no me limpiaron mi habiataacion por 2 días . Uno con niños nececita que. Te limpien más por los Pampers etc ."

"Our second stay at this resort. We love the location, pool area and snorkeling off the beach. Love the improvements to salty iguana by adding the beachfront dining area. Things to improve would be providing more wash clothes in the room. It seems this is an ongoing issue with a shortage of wash clothes as it was the same last time. My wife takes a couple showers a day and uses a wash cloth in the shower and one to wash her face. When we requested some more wash clothes some days we would get extra and other days none."

"We had a great stay at this hotel… super professional and helpful staff, great room, nice selection of restaurants… however we were not impressed with the beach It was full of ppl and not very clean. I’m not taking about garbage… just seaweed, stones etc… personally i would prefer more refined clean beach… Also it’s definitely a family resort with many kids everywhere…just fyi"

"Property was amazing, we stayed in the Jazmyn villa and it was the perfect amount of space for the 3 of us! We loved the fact that we had our own bathrooms and separate bedrooms. The only reason we gave 4 stars is because when we booked there was no information about the additional electricity costs."

"The staff at Zoetry, especially concierge staff, Shelley, Shevanca, and JaNae really made this trip worth every penny that I spent, and because of how they treated me and attended to my Unique and every Need, I will absolutely return to this resort again. Janae took time to type up a list and printed it of all of my food, allergies so I can bring them with me when I go out to eat on and off the of the resort. that put me at ease and meant the whole world to me. One of my biggest fears having a severe allergic to food reaction especially far away from home. I also wanted to take this time to shout out Chef WILLEN and my waiter Alex, as they gave me the best Birthday dinner party ever. The customized dinner and service were top tier. I have several food allergies and on a diabetic diet and they put a lot of effort and made sure I was able to thoroughly enjoy my meal. So many other honorable mention Staff that served at my Birthday Dinner and other capacities during my stay at the resort. I don’t remember all their names Ylande (room), (Kerry(Golf cart), Bulter, and lady that worked the bar near the pool and server (dark melanin skin with a gold tooth( at Bloom she was amazing. Hardest working pleasant person ever. No matter what I saw her day or night she was pleasantly working. Only feed back is when guest take taxi off the resort please make sure guest know how to return to the resort. Like provide the number to reach out to taxi driver or provide guest number to driver."
