"Excellent stay"

"Todo excelente. Muy buena ubicacion"

"It was ok"

"The first problem was we booked a double room and ended up with a king size bed. I was traveling with a female friend, how were there no rooms with two beds even though that is what I pre-booked which created problems with my companion. I was sitting at the pool area, sitting alone in the dark quietly when a security guard walked by me without even speaking to me stopping about 15 feet away from me and started blasting a 10,000 W flashlight in my eyes. I immediately asked him not to do that to...

"Nice property with casino. Close to shopping. Staff was nice. Did not clean our room for 2 days despite beings asked twice. Room service and menu needs improvement. Was charged for drinks that actually come with the meal. Meals were lacking parts of order without informing us and had to wait additional for completion if they had it."
