We stayed 2 nights, went away for a few, then returned for an additional 5 nights. We appreciated that the front desk held our luggage for the nights we were away. The staff were friendly and helpful. Late checkout is 11,000 won per hour past noon. The hotel room is average with uncomfortable pillows. I feel like for the price we should've got better. Convenient laundry facilities. Not very many amenities otherwise (only tea/coffee, water fillers in the main area, and shampoo/body wash; there is no toothbrush/razor/q-tips as that is all paid in a vending machine on the first floor). You have to request the front desk for room cleaning. During our time there, they changed it to charge for full clean (I think it was 10,000 won if you wanted your sheets changed). Overall I was happy with the staff interactions, but not with the hotel itself. I would not consider coming back. I would look for a different hotel in the area as the area is great (maybe Lotte, or Four Points).

They have no bedding other than feathers, so I ended up sleeping on a towel as a pillow and using a sheet as a cover. Now, my neck is killing me.

I really enjoyed my first time stay, in that its downtown location was so convenient for me to get to all the places I needed to go in Seoul. I particularly loved the self service laundry on the second floor. Also remarkable was the kind staff of the restaurant in the basement floor, who were hard working too.

Hotel staff were always really friendly and helpful. Transportation links are amazing and easy to understand. The areas makes you feel safe and you can get whatever you need at any time with all the convenience stores around.

Amazing location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, quiet at night. They have amenities that are nice in the rooms and you can refill your own water bottles on each floor. Easy acces from Incheon airport (1hour by transit) and right by metro station.

The hotel was in a decent location, so it was quite convenient, only steps to the subway. Aside from that, the hotel was very basic. It was a little more than a place to sleep. The breakfast was averaged the best. For the price, it was fine. But you wouldn’t run back to stay there again.

Good place to stay in since its directly in front of two train lines that circle and loop around Seoul. Staff was accomodating and were available 24/7. Breakfast buffet was okay and they had a cafe that sold drinks up until 7pm. Convenience stores were lined up right by the hotel location as well so you could always get a late night snack or maybe even a meal.

Hotel room toilet has water leakage from toilet bowl pipe after 3 calls to front desk they managed to change a room, again encounter the same issue. Underneath the bed a thick layer of dust, air vent filled with dust. Not the worst stay but won't recommend to anyone.

Bad service generally. Lobby Laundry was so dirty & fitness center was not working but they didn’t fix the problem right away. Also there’s no parking lots. Horrible experience. Never recommend & visit again.

it is all carpet… not good with kids as they keep walking on it bare feet or with socks… they do not have kids slippers… plus they do not provide bottle water, tooth brush and tooth paste, shampoo or body wash of any sort… all your own

The hotel was great for a budget hotel. Centrally located to many great things in Seoul and quick access to the subway. The only issue we had was the tv power button on the tv would not work so we had to unplug the tv from the wall to switch it off.

Perfect location
Hotel in a great location for exploring and right next to subway. The hotel was clean and bed very comfortable with room a good size. Staff were lovely, helpful, spoke English and tolerated our attempta at Korean!

The hotel is extremely convenient and allows excess to an excellent cafe nearby, indulge into the culture of food that is located all around. It is also a stone's throw away from myeongdong shopping district but it is not too close where it is always crowded. Peaceful and has less of a touristy vibe around the area to allow the better indulgence in the local culture around this hotel.

Good location and fuss free hotel
Short walk about 7-8mins walk to Myeondong Walking Street so it provides a bit of a quietness but also still within reach of the hype around Myeondong. The hotel is also very near to the train station exit so perfect for those who commute a lot by the Metro. Clean and nice hotel with nothing to complain about. Definitely will recommend for anyone who wants things simple.
