When the tram is running its easy to get to downtown at moment buses do the journey from nearby square, easy wak.Mainland Ferry terminal is very close by, cautioun though if you have a big luggage take a taxi the 60 steps up to the road are a good climb."

"We were checking out early. Didn’t get to have the breakfast. Everything looked cool once inside. Good area to find restaurant. Be aware - mosquitos do get into the rooms. Plan accordingly if you are someone who gets bit. Ceilings were gorgeous! Staff polite and helped with taxi."

"Quick walk to/ from train station .. Older hotel with big renovated rooms, including the bathrooms .. courteous front desk staff and GREAT breakfast .. plentiful, with lots of variety. Perfect stay if catching / arriving on the train. Wifi available and consistent. Only disappointment .. While Expedia listing states .. clothes washers available .. front desk pointed to outside facilities. Certainly all the positive attributes were welcome"

"We were not able to stay here. The host was unavailable and actually hung up on me. I would not recommend this to any one. We ended up get a different to stay after checking 4 other place. Last at night and very stressful after a long day of driving. I would like to request that I be refunded for the total amount I paid"

"Palazzo Bibbi is wonderful! A boutique hotel with superb new rooms, good breakfast and wonderful staff. The Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi is not too far away - a kilometre-long pedestrian thoroughfare with lovely shops, restaurants and bars to while away the night. The plus for me was the nearby station - not necessarily the loveliest, but a god-send when I had to make a quick get away in the morning. Palazzo Bibbi is a rare gem of luxury - to which I will return in the coming years."

"The property is set in the heart of the shopping district of Reggio Calabria 5 minutes walk from the beach, in a historical building that can only be described as absolutely stunning. The building is palatial internally and externally with many original features immaculately maintained, with large wooden doors, marble floors and a gorgeous stairway leading from the courtyard to the rooms. There is a large lounge/drawing room where guests can relax with coffee or wine which are available which...
