The place is centrally located in Messina, close to restaurants, shopping areas, and the train station. The host was very welcoming—despite our delayed flight and late arrival, they were waiting at the apartment to greet us, answered all our questions, and gave helpful suggestions for our stay. Definitely recommend to others.

Worth a visit

We only spent 1 night in Messina and it was quite difficult to find this apartment but once we were in it was great - lovely balcony over the square and easy walk to the station

The apartment was clean,tidy and right in the main square so very easy access to all the amenities. Including transport, food and shops,would love to come back to visit more of Scicily in the near future, and good value for money.

Stop in Messina

A little tricky to find, this is a good hotel for a quick stay over in Messina. They utilize key codes which is super convenient for late or early arrivals, and the rooms are super spacious. It would make life easier if they did add more signage to help locate the hotel.

The property is very clean and comfortable. It is not set up for much privacy however. The bathroom doors are glass and if you must turn on the light in the night, it lights up the room. Other than that, it was a nice spot.

The pictures of this property are somewhat misleading, they show a balcony that looks over the square. The only room with a balcony is #5 there’s no mention of that. I booked the so called honeymoon suite, there are many stairs, there’s no mention of stairs in the ad. The room overlooks the KFC which seems to be a bit of a hangout and was very noisy with cars and Vespa’s on Saturday night until 4am Sunday. Once you find the building the entrance is quite grubby. The shower and bed are in the same room, there is a screen that you can lower for privacy and there’s quite a bit of mold in the shower. I would not recommend this place.

Good location to bus, but missing key items items.

The heater did not work You should have heater fixed or repaired, absolutely necessary. No address on the front door , spent time looking for the door to get in. No excuse for that. The TB also did not work! The unit was in a good part of town and good location for walking or shopping. Nobody to complain too about heat and TV

+ gute Anweisungen vorab per Whatsapp für den Check-In - und er kam dann trotzdem auch noch vor Ort, um alles zu zeigen + geräumiges Zimmer ~ 2-3 Etagen hoch ohne Lift mit schwerem Koffer ist etwas mühsam (Hilfe beim Hochtragen wurde allerdings angeboten) - recht hellhörig - etwas wenig Abstellfläche, v.a. im Bad

Bien et propre, l'emplacement est bien, cuisine mal équipée, je n'ai pas aimé le plancher qui n'est pas très raffiné mais fait plutôt sol de garage. Les escaliers sont très étroits tant pour accéder le studio que pour accéder le 2 étage (cuisine et terrasse)

Proprietari gentili e premurosi nel fornire informazioni. La stanza non era tanto grande, ma dotata di un piccolo frigo (molto utile), tra l'altro con l'omaggio di un dolcetto e di acqua, inoltre era disponibile una macchinetta con cialde per caffè e altre bevande. Molto graditi anche i prodotti per il bagno all'olio d'oliva Buona posizione, non lontana dalla stazione e vicina anche a negozi vari

바로 앞에 KFC 매장이 있고 옆에는 고뭔이 위치해있어서 토요일을 맞은 청소년들의 군집으로 소음이 거의 자정무렵까지 계속되어 매우 불편했습니다. 주말 예약은 심각히 재고해야 할 듯... 그러나 호스트는 매우 친절하고 체크인을 잘 도와주었습니다.
