I absolutely loved it here. The staff were very friendly and always cleaned up the rooms. The breakfast was delicious and they always fleeted the rooms and outdoor areas to prevent mosquitoes.

The area was very clean and nice. There is plenty of space in the private villa. Breakfast is cooked fresh in your villa if preferred. Would highly advise making sure you keep the doors to the room closed as the mosquito will get in and eat you ar night. Beds came with nets that keeps the mosquitoes out I highly recommend using. Very quiet and the staff are very pleasant.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The customer service was excellent. My AC wasn’t working properly and they offered another room to sleep until they were able to fix it the next day. The internet was a bit spotty the villa was clean when I arrived and cleaned daily. There was plenty of services offered right at the villa I did a floating breakfast and flower bath and also had a massage and facial which was in my room. Overall good experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. The villas are a little tired. They need a deep clean and a little bit of work, maybe some new towels and a bit of work on the pools. Had a few tiles fall off the pool while we were there. The cabinets in the kitchen are broken, most of the doors are a bit stiff, etc. Cannot fault the staff. The staff were amazing from start to finish. Friendly, efficient and polite.

We have stayed here 3 times and it is clear from our most recent visit that maintaining and keeping the property in good condition is not a priority. It's tired with many things not working and in need of update or repair. Location is great and its comfortable however it hasn't aged well. The staff in general are great but the state of the property lets it down.

The villa was in a great location regarding amenities. However, I was definitely overcharged for this property. It was built over 20 years ago so needs massive renovation. Tiles were missing from the pool, the decking was broken the bathroom wasn't clean, hair in the bathroom from previous guests. The list is endless but more positively the staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The location is awesome. Walking distance from a ton of things in town, shopping, food, activities, beaches. The entryway and pathways to the villas were stunning. Lots of growth and water features. It was very pretty. The privacy of the villa is great as well! We loved having the private pool and the outdoor sitting area to hangout. We were not bothered at all with bugs even though some other reviewers said they were horrible. Our experience was pretty much completely void of bugs and the staff fumigated every single night in the whole villa and also lit mosquito repellant burners outside on our patio. The staff were quick to clean up in the mornings, often knocking on the entry door before 10am. The cleaning was ok, the floors and walls of the place could use some love. The cabinets throughout the villa were worn and difficult to open and close. It's clearly an older establishment and I imagine it would've been absolutely breathtaking in it's day. That being said it was still beautiful. We can get passed the small things. There was one specific thing we found bad. The wooden deck around the pool. It's less of a deck and more of a liability. We barely wanted to step on it. All of the boards were loose and wabbled. Many of the nails were sticking up because the supporting joists underneath are rotten. We actually used a rock from the garden to knock down a bunch of the nails on our first day. The deck needs to be fixed before someone gets a nail through the foot.

I think these villas would be very good if they had kept up with basic maintenance, I can see that they were once very nice but everything has been allowed to kind of decay and become shabby. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't slightly broken or dirty or badly maintained. I don't think it would take much effort to fix all these things once and then employ people to keep the standard up. Compared to other places we've stayed, these issues were a bit of a let down. The staff were wonderful and the location was on par with anywhere in Seminyak so no issues there. I just saw so many things that if they'd just been more proactively fixed they wouldn't have become bigger issues.
