Great villa .. fantastic location.

Great villa in a fantastic location. Read other reviews that comment on the fact they need to invest in new bed linen, pillows etc. - which they do ! Annoying that such a simple thing to fix lets the villa down. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Absolutely, loved this villa, Staff, and location. My wife and I travel on a regular basis and this property is in our top 3 all-time favorites. Villa is walking distance from numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches! The pool, Instagram ready! The customer service from the Staff is Top-Notch. They provided delicious breakfast options, superb cleanliness and unbelievable excursions and recommendations (Driver). I’m going back and if your reading this you should select this villa for your home away from home!

Nice villa close to shops

Villa was nice and spacious. Property manager was really good and arranged everything for us. Always responded straight away if we had any issues.

Great place for falilies with teenagers.

The 2-room villa was perfect for our two adult/two teenager family. The private pool was quite deep which was perfect for us. We felt that the stereo with blue tooth connection did add an extra nice touch to the pool/outside area. Although the villa has no reception, the service was really great. Service was only a Whatsapp-call away. As the villa is located a short walk from the street it feels as the villa is more secluded than it really is. The traffic sounds didn't disturb us at all. It's a 5 minute walk to the main street but there are bars and restaurants more closer to the villa.

Amazing Villa for 4 friends or 2 couples

Vi hade en helt underbar vecka på Villa Arsa, det är så lungt det kan bli för att ligga så centralat. Hotel manager fixade allt för oss, en lista för att beställa mat, beställa massage och behandlinga samt var han tillgänlig att fixa minsta lilla fel. Du behöver med andra ord inte lämna villan om du inte vill :). Dom kom och laga frukost på plats vid önskad tid och städade när det passade oss vilket var super bra. Observera att vardagsrummet/köket ligger utomhus och sovrummet har endast dragdörrar, vilket jag tycker var lite dålig då det kan komma in insekter och badrummen är enorma och ha också en utomhus känsla. Villan är väldigt prisvärd och är du inte känsligt med att vara utomhus hela tiden är detta perfekt! Jag skulle absolut besöka villan igen dock är gatorna påväg till centrum jobbiga.

Good Private Quiet Villa

This villa was not part of a hotel or resort it was private and quiet and good walking distance to shops restaurant's and massages. I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice quiet location close to the Seminyak hotels

Pool was dirty when we got there, but they fixed in straight away. Very friendly staff and nothing was ever a problem. Would stay again

Nice villa close to all amenities

Beautiful villa private pool was a little small for our family but overall ok .the manager Pande was very helpful and polite .breakfast was little boring need to add something different not the same menu with eggs everyday. But nice fresh and presentable.

Spacious villa

Easy to catch a Taxi from street by hotel and very cheap 200 000rupiahs (2$). We went to two Temples ( Tanah Lot 19$ ant Utuwatu 40$ there and back plus driver waited for us) People are so friendly and helpful. They will get you what you want.
