"This is an excellent location with really nice apartments! There is so much within walking distance and its right next to the main train station. Plus they were prompt to help when we made requests. "This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” "

"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm! Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht mit Skyline Ausblick, das Personal hat kostenlos umgebucht auf Doppelbettzimmer.
