"The staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was actually amazing, don’t skip on the aperol spritz. Also, if you plan to use the shuttle service make sure to book it in advance as it only seats 8 and tends to be booked quickly. Overall a great experience."

"The pool water was extremely cold, wish they would’ve of heated it since we were there in the end of April. The Spa always had women sitting around & when I would try to book an appointment, they always said there were no openings. Very disappointed "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Domo20 Hotel & Sky Bar. Our room was clean and modern, and from the rooftop bar there was a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Our family enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the train station and even closer to the central piazza near restaurants. Definitely recommend."

"Overall phenomenal hotel. Great breakfast and shuttle service. Only downside was property did not reach out before stay to coordinate shuttle pick up or explain how to get to hotel as it’s difficult roads there. Other than that we loved the place and would definitely go back. "
