"The room was in a beautiful historic building. Partially apartment and partially rented as hotel rooms. Our room was very clean and quiet. We had a late check in. We had to communicate with the property manager and he met us at the apartment upon arrival. Was very communicative the whole time."

"Lovely hotel, amazing views, manicured gardens, excellent staff, (Carmen, Martina, Connie, Gaetano, Valentina, Laura, Roberta to mention but a few) good spa. However, there were 2 major issues which were not in keeping with a 5* at this price point: 1) there is a huge unattached manhole on the road in front of the hotel which makes a racket every time a car drives over it and keeps you up at night through the night; 2) a horrible drain stench from the toilet / bidet in the rooms. "The B&B is located in an unusual building but the location is great for exploring Sorrento. We stayed in the Capri suite, which has a wonderful view and terrace/balcony. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The best thing about staying at Serale Suites was Lisa who greeted us every morning and fed us an incredibly delicious breakfast. This lovely lady works extremely hard and did an amazing job in making us feel welcome. Grazie! "

"Antiche Mura is an Italian gem. It had the Italian flair we were looking for with Italian ambiance and structures in the room. The staff made such a huge difference in this place. They were always so warm and friendly willing to make your stay special and provides to what your requests are. The breakfast was delicious. They change the pastry selection daily and they were all superb. It isn’t a huge selection but it is enough to fuel your day. Overall, we had a great stay and wish we were there...

"The hotel was an absolute delight! The location was spectacular truly perfect. Communication with the hotel manager was great, and the room was gorgeous with the most spectacular view. It was close to all the restaurants, shops, and a very safe area. I stayed with my two kids, and we loved the space. The room was beautifully decorated, modern, and very clean. I want to thank them for our stay. Sorrento is beyond spectacular absolutely recommendable for everyone!"
